Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026.

Agreeing to these terms

By using PSL Rating (pslrating.info) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, and at least 18 to use the photo tool or to buy credits. To buy, you must also be of the age of majority where you live.

What the site is

PSL Rating estimates a PSL rating from the proportions of a face in one photo, and its pages explain the PSL scale. The score is free. A deep report is a separate written report you can buy with credits. The site is independent, for fun and self-improvement.

The ratings are estimates. They come from geometry in a single photo, and angle, lens distance, lighting and expression change them. They are not medical, psychological, professional or scientific assessments, they do not measure anyone's health, character or worth, and we make no claim that they are accurate. Do not make decisions about your health, your appearance or other people on the strength of a number or a report from this site.

A deep report is text. An AI writes it from the photo you upload and from the proportions the free tool measured. It looks only at geometric proportions. It is not a judgment of you as a person, and it is not medical or psychological advice. We do not generate a face image, and we do not edit one.

Your photos

The free tool measures a photo in your browser and does not upload it (see the Privacy Policy).

A deep report is different. You upload one front-facing photo of yourself. We send that photo to fal, a third-party AI service, so it can write the report. We delete the photo as soon as the report is done. The free tool still does not upload a photo.

Use the free tool and the deep report only with a photo of yourself, and only if you are 18 or older. Do not upload or measure a photo of anyone else, and never a photo of a child.

You keep all rights in your photos. For the free tool, we never receive the photo. For a deep report, we receive it only to send it to fal, and we delete it when the report is done.

Rules of use

You agree not to:

  • upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, or a photo of a child;
  • use a rating or a report to harass, shame, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or to make a claim about a real person that you present as fact;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights;
  • scrape the site, overload it, or try to break, bypass or gain unauthorized access to it or to its accounts;
  • pretend to be someone else, or to be connected to us when you are not.

If you share a result or a report, say that it comes from an automated estimate, and that a report was written by AI. We may suspend access or close an account if these rules are broken.

Accounts

You do not need an account to use the free tool. A deep report needs a Google sign-in. If you sign in, keep your sign-in details private and tell us at support@pslrating.info if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Anything you pay for

A deep report costs 100 credits. You buy credits in a pack: $9.99 for 100 credits (1 report), $19.99 for 300 credits (3 reports), or $39.99 for 800 credits (8 reports). The prices are on the pricing page. They are in US dollars and do not include tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location.

You pay once. We do not start a subscription, and we do not renew the charge. Credits do not expire. Gift credits cannot be used for a report. You must be at least 18 to buy.

Waffo collects the payment, issues the invoice, and handles chargebacks.

You may upload only a photo of yourself. The report is text written by an AI. We do not generate a face image, and we do not edit one.

Refund policy

If you have not used a credit pack to generate a report, email support@pslrating.info within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund.

If you have already used a credit pack to generate a report, that pack is not refundable. Credits still left in the pack are not refundable either.

If a report fails to generate, the credits go back to your account automatically. That is not a cash refund. If you still have not used the pack to generate a report, the 14-day refund above still applies.

A refund goes back to the original payment method. Waffo processes it.

The same rules are on the refund policy page.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, code and logo belong to us or our licensors. The PSL scale and its tier names are community conventions that no one owns, and names and marks of other companies belong to their owners.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site, a score, or a deep report will be accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business, that comes from using the site or from relying on a rating or a report. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of PSL Rating is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts there, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
