The free PSL score runs in your browser. The photo stays on your device, and you don't need an account.
A deep report is a written report, separate from that score. You sign in with Google, buy a credit pack, upload one front-facing photo of yourself, and check two boxes. One report costs 100 credits. An AI writes it from the photo and from the proportions the free tool measured.
The report is text. It has a one-sentence summary, then three changes to make first, ranked by impact. After that, a paragraph for each of the four categories, and a note on the photo conditions. We don't generate a face image, and we don't edit one.
You pay once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits don't expire. Gift credits can't be used for a report. You have to be 18 or older to buy.
Waffo collects the payment, issues the invoice, and handles chargebacks.
Questions
Do these prices include tax?
No. The price on the card is in US dollars, and it doesn't include tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used the pack to generate a report, email support@pslrating.info within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund. A pack you've already used to generate a report isn't refundable, including credits still left in that pack. If a report fails to generate, the credits go back to your account on their own. A cash refund goes back to the original payment method, and Waffo processes it.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits don't expire. You pay once. There is no subscription, and the charge does not renew on its own.
What happens to my photo?
The free score doesn't upload the photo. The photo stays on your device. A deep report is different. We send that photo, and the proportions the free tool measured, to fal, a third-party AI service. fal sends them through OpenRouter to Anthropic's Claude model, which writes the report. We set fal not to store the input or the output. fal, OpenRouter, and Anthropic process that data under their own privacy policies. We don't store the photo. We delete it as soon as the report is done. We keep the report text.
What's in the report?
Text only. A one-sentence summary, three changes to make first, ranked by impact, a paragraph for each of the four categories, and a note on the photo conditions. An AI writes it from your photo and from the proportions the free tool measured. It looks only at geometric proportions. It is not a judgment of a person, and it is not medical or psychological advice. We don't generate a face image, and we don't edit one.
Can I get a report on someone else's photo?
No. The photo has to be of you, and you check a box saying so before it uploads. You also have to be 18 or older. We won't write a report on someone else's photo.
Can I use gift credits?
No. Gift credits can't be used for a report. The 100 credits have to come from a pack you bought.
What if the report doesn't generate?
The credits go back to your account on their own. You don't need to email us for that. Credits returned to the account are not a cash refund.
Is the deep report available for women?
Yes. Choose the women's version when you upload your photo. The report uses the women's ranges and weights. One report costs 100 credits.
