Refund policy

These are the refund rules for credit packs used to buy a deep report.
A pack you have not used
If you have not used a credit pack to generate a report, email support@pslrating.info within 14 days of the purchase and ask for a full refund.
A pack you have used
If you have already used a credit pack to generate a report, that pack is not refundable. Credits still left in the pack are not refundable either.
If a report fails to generate
If a report fails to generate, the credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to email us for that. Credits returned to the account are not a cash refund.
If the failure means you still have not used the pack to generate a report, the 14-day refund above still applies.
How a refund is paid
A refund goes back to the original payment method. Waffo processes it. Waffo collects the payment, issues the invoice, and handles chargebacks.
